4G in Russia

Yota has the following announcement on their site:

 A few days ago Russian and foreign websites have published information about the new HTC’s handset which offers Mobile WiMAX and GSM connectivity, as well as photos of this device carrying Yota’s logo on its case. To prevent rumors, Yota announces that it has worked on the creation of the first in the world GSM+Mobile WiMAX handset together with HTC since the beginning of 2008. Inspired by Yota’s order, HTC’s lab designed a brand new handset model focused on accessing new generation 4G services provided by the Russian Yota Mobile WiMAX network.
